As you are aware, I removed public access to my web site almost a year ago, because of the increasing copyright violations. But allowed those of you receiving this email permission to use some of my digital images on your respective web sites. I am now finding situations where people are taking those images from your sites and using them without contacting me. And I highly suspect they are not contacting you as well. Even though there are copyright laws in place, it is simply too much trouble for me to follow up with violators to get them to remove my pictures. Unfortuantely, technology does not yet exist to protect digital images from being downloaded.
